8.1 If you use the Website to buy products from us, the terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase, together with our return and refunds policy. Please read them, as they include important information about pricing, payment, shipping (currently within the United States only), and our satisfaction guarantee. If you do not accept those terms, you may not purchase products through the Website.
8.2 Subscriptions. If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price and interval until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account portal. We provide the disclosures and reminders required by applicable automatic-renewal laws, including California's Automatic Renewal Law.

10. Governing law and disputes
10.1 These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
10.2 Courts: You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Costa Mesa, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
